“ We ordered takeout, so I can't comment on the atmosphere. But the food was delicious. This is one of the first times they had everything we ordered when we got home. I was happy sometimes when we ordered. Takeout, from here, they forget to put stuff in your bag that you ordered. Food was delicious though ”
“ Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant ! We were stopping in Eureka for the night and needed somewhere to eat that was dog-friendly. Options are limited in this small town, but I am very glad we found Bayfront Restaurant. The sushi was very good and my sashimi bento box was a great value ! There was a big portion of tempura and it was cooked perfectly. We also had their hamachi kama. It was fried and crispy on the outside, which I had never tried before, but it was tasty. Alexander was a perfect waiter. Very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The location is also nice (Bayfront as you'd expect) and they have a nice patio. ”
“ We had lunch here on 7/1 around 1:00pm. Even though we had a large party of seven and a baby, we were immediately seated and the staff were super warm and welcoming. The hot sake was delicious, even though I would have liked it a little warmer. The miso soup had a deep umami flavor that was very comforting. The jalapeno poppers were fantastic. The spring rolls were very reminiscent of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, but in a good way. And my rolls were exactly what I expected with what I ordered. We all enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful time! ”

“ This spot has become my go to celebration place! The beef teriyaki is perfectly balanced where it is not too sweet like other places. The fried rice is delicate and wonderful. Every pasta is fresh and amazing, but the fettuccine is the best!! The sushi, oh my goodness, come for the sushi! They have AMAZING vegetarian rolls(the tofu and broccoli cashew being my favorite)! Though their spicy tuna is frankly the best in the city! The desserts however are worth coming for on their own! A decadent mousse paired with their tiramisu is LOVELY! Don't forget to try their tempura angel food cake with a berry compote and vanilla ice cream: HEAVEN! Lastly, the wait staff is incredible. They give you privacy while still being attebtive: my water was always filled! They are truly lovely people working in a wonderful restaurant:) ”

We wanted to go for the Teppanyaki but didn't know we had to make reservations beforehand for that experience. From the sounds of it, the people who were a bit smarter than us had a great time. We were able to watch the sunset from the table we were given. The food (both the fish and the chicken) and service were amazing . ”
